Sea Water Flows into Pyongyang from West Sea
Thanks to the energetic efforts of officials and workers in Pyongyang and Nampho and researchers of the 413 Research Institute under the State Academy of Sciences, the project of laying Pyongyang-Nampho sea water pipeline was completed in a matter of a year.
This project was an ideal of socialism planned by leader Kim Jong Il long ago.
The project involved in laying many long pipelines and building sealing basins and pump stations and so on.
Through these pipelines will soon be coming sea water, presenting a spectacular scene of developed socialist Korea. Some of the water will be used for the dolphin aquarium to fill up several ponds including the performance pond.
And the sea water also will be used to supply better drinking water to the citizens in capital.
