Diesselbe Parteiorganisation dürtfe auch schon vor sieben Monaten mit Büchern aus Nordkorea beschenkt worden sein, die Überschriften beider KCNA-Meldungen - der heutigen und der vom 30.7.2011 sind ident.

Pyongyang, July 30 (KCNA) -- DPRK books were donated to Germany with due ceremony on July 22.
Present at the ceremony were members of the Thuringen State Committee of the Communist Party of Germany and staff members of the DPRK embassy in Berlin.
Works of President Kim Il Sung and other Korean books were handed over to the chairman of the state committee.
The chairman said in a speech that the works of the President would be greatly helpful to studying the originality of his ideology and theories and politics of the Workers' Party of Korea.
They would deepen the study of the Juche idea among party members with the centenary of birth of the President as an occasion, he stressed."
