Russischer Soldatenfriedhof in Pyongyang
#2

Wreaths laid before liberation towers
Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- Wreaths were laid before the Liberation Tower and the Cemetery of Fallen Fighters of the Soviet Army in Sadong district, Pyongyang, on Thursday on the occasion of the 57th anniversary of Korea's liberation.
...
That day members of the consulate general of Russia in Chongjin laid bouquets before the Liberation Tower and the Cemetery of Fallen Fighters of the Soviet Army in Chongjin.
Earlier, wreaths were laid before the liberation towers, monuments to the fallen fighters of the Soviet Army, statues of soldiers of the Soviet Army and cemeteries of fallen fighters of the Soviet Army in local areas ... .
