Wie funktioniert das Lohnsystem in der KDVR?

Ist das wirklich so, sind die Löhne dort so gering?
Und dürfen die Arbeiter nicht aus eigenem Entschluss in einen anderen Arbeitsplatz wechseln?
Ist das schon Ausbeutung? Oder ist das schon Kapitalismus?
