Heute fiel mir zum ersten Mal auf, dass Kim Jong Un in einer der KCNA-Meldungen auch als "General Secretary Kim Jong Un" bezeichnet wurde:

Pyongyang, January 20 (KCNA) -- Media of different countries widely introduced the personality of the dear respected Kim Jong Un as a great man on Jan. 8 and 9.
The Turkish newspapers Hurriyet Daily News and Today's Zaman carried photos of the respected supreme commander inspecting units of the Korean People's Army. They said:
The Korean central TV broadcast a documentary film showing General Secretary Kim Jong Un inspecting an army unit.
This shows the firm will of Kim Jong Un to inherit the Songun politics of leader Kim Jong Il.
An Egyptian TV aired scenes showing Kim Jong Un guiding the joint exercises of the three services of the KPA. It said: His inspection of KPA units and others give the same impressions as those of Kim Jong Il in his lifetime. Drawing attention is the future activities of Kim Jong Un to boost the military capability.
TV broadcasting services of Hungary showed revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Un such as his presence in the WPK conference and standing on the tribune of honor of Kim Il Sung Square, etc., noting that the service personnel and people of the DPRK absolutely trust and follow him.
MTI News Agency of this country released the same news.
The Russian internet News Ru, the Thai newspaper Bangkok Post, AP and the New York Times, BBC, Jiji Press, the Asahi Shimbun and Mainichi Shimbun of Japan and Austria Presse-Agentur, APA and ORFTV of Austria introduced the personality of Kim Jong Un as a great man under the titles "New Leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Un", "Inborn Disposition of New Leader" and others.
Am öftesten steht in der Meldung lediglich "Kim Jong Un", im einleitenden Absatz "dear respected Kim Jong Un", aber wirklich überraschend finde ich die Bezeichnung "General Secretary Kim Jong Un" am Ende des ersten Absatzes.
Dazu meine Frage:
Kann mir hier irgendjemand im Forum mitteilen, wie, wann und für welche Institution/Organisation Kim Jong Un zum "General Secretary" gewählt/ernannt/berufen wurde ?
Anmerkung 1:
Noch etwas wundert mich - als berichtendes "ausländisches" Medium wird ein "Korean central TV" angegeben. Das nordkoreanische Fernsehen fällt damit weg, in Südkorea ist mir ein Korean Central TV auch unbekannt, könnte das ein chinesisch-koreanischer Fernsehsender sein ?
Anmerkung 2:
Auch wenn die Verkündigung, dass Kim Jong Un nun auch Generalsekretär genannt wird, einem ausländischen Medium zugeschrieben wird; die KCNA hätte diese Meldung nicht dazugenommen, wenn sie nicht erwünscht gewesen wäre.
