In Fußnote 9 des von Bulungi verlinkten Pyongyang-wikipedia Artikels ist noch folgendes zu lesen:
"China set Jiangsu and Sichuan provinces, and the cities of Jilin, Huichun, Tianjin, Changchun with the DPRK's Kangwon province, South Pyongan, the Pyongyang Mangyongdae District, and the cities of Rason, Nampho, and Chongjin as sister cities following Shanghai's establishment of the same relations with the DPRK city of Hamhung in 1982."
Also gibt es zwischen China und Nordkorea noch weitere Provinz- bzw. Städtepartnerschaften, aber wer mit wem erschließt sich mir aus obigem Satz nicht so richtig!
