Wahl zur 13. Obersten Volksversammlung der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea

Stimmen alle Angaben auf der Graphik des vorhergehenden Beitrages?
Denn auf der Graphik ist als Vorsitzender des Präsidiums der Obersten Volksversammlung (OVV) Choe Thae Bok angegeben (er hätte dann laut dieser Graphik eine Doppelfunktion als Vorsitzender der OVV und als Vorsitzender des Präsidiums der OVV?!)

Laut einer KCNA-Meldung ist soll aber nach wie vor Kim Yong Nam der Vorsitzende des Präsidiums der OVV sein:
"Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) -- The following Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was elected at the First Session of the 13th Supreme People's Assembly: President of the Presidium of the SPA of the DPRK Kim Yong Nam. ..."

Nahm Kim Yong Nam seine Wahl nicht an, wurde er inzwischen durch Choe Thae Bok abgelöst oder ist es schlicht ein Fehler auf der Graphik?
