Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- DPRK-Japan inter-governmental talks will be held in Beijing of China on December 5 and 6 in the wake of the opening in Ulan Bator of Mongolia on November 15 and 16.
The talks will discuss the improvement of the relations between the two countries.

Congratulations to PM of Libyan Interim Government
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim on Monday sent a congratulatory message to Ali Zidan upon his election as prime minister of the Libyan interim government.
The message expressed the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the peoples of the two countries would develop on good terms in the future, too, and wished him success in his new work for the national unity, the country's stability and the reconstruction of the state.
