Das Time-Magazine veranstaltet mal wieder eine Umfrage wen sie als Person des Jahres auszeichnen soll. Die Umfrage läuft noch bis zum 14. Dez. und bisher befindet sich Kim Jong Un auf Platz 2:

Ganz unmöglich erscheint mir das nicht.
Und die Zahlen sehen auch so aus.
Wobei ich noch andere Namen vorgeschlagen hätte, als die, die dort stehen- aber egal.
Von der medialen Auferksamkeit her könnte Kim Jong Un es schaffen

Der "man of the year" des time magazine wird jedes Jahr gewählt und bezeichnet quasi den medial einflussreichsten Kopf des Jahres.
Der "sexiest man alive" ist eine ganz andere Auszeichnung, die jedes Jahr von einem anderen USA Magazin, nicht dem Time, verliehen wird. Solche Kaliber wie Brad Pitt oder George Clooney kommen hier zu Ehren.
Jetzt hatte ein amerikanische Satiremagazin so getan, als wäre hierzu Kim Jong Un gekürt worden und eine chinesische Zeitschrift nahm es für bare Münze. So verbreitete sich über die chinesische Zeitung diese Meldiung, die eine konstruierte, reine Ente ist.
Hätten auch die Chinesen merken können, wenn sie vorher ihre Frauen gefragt hätten....

WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 (Yonhap) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong-un remains the solid front-runner in Time's poll of influential figures in this year's world news and culture for good or ill, according to the U.S. magazine.
As of noon on Friday, Kim had gained 1,248,275 votes, followed by Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi with 332,029 and Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani teenage activist shot by Taliban attackers for advocating girls' rights to education, with 155,904.

Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- The U.S. magazine The Time selected the dear respected Kim Jong Un as "man of 2012".
The magazine has selected and published "man of the year" every year from 1927. This year, it conducted on-line voting among subscribers including politicians, businessmen, artistes, sportspersons and announcers for the man of this year.
More than 5.6 million people, the greatest number, voted for Kim Jong Un.
The U.S. magazine Forbes, dealing with the most influential persons in the world on Dec. 8, carried photos of his revolutionary activities and introduced his brief biography. -0-
