Wie "seriös" die russische Duma ist, merkt man ja auch an der Einbürgerung eines gewissen französischen Schauspielers, der vor gut zwei Jahren den russischen Heiler Rasputin in einem seiner Film zum besten gegeben hat.

Nun -man mag Schirinowski und seine politische Meinung mögen oder nicht- immerhin ist Schirinowski gewählter Volksvertreter und seine Partei hat bei den letzen Wahlen
56 von 450 (Stand: 2011) Parlamentssitzen errungen
und ca. 600.000 Mitglieder (Parteiangabe)
bzw. ca. 185.000 (Justizministerium)
Ausbildung: sowjetische Lomonossow-Universität ( hört hört)
Auszeichnungen: Verdienstorden für das Vaterland (nochmal hört hört)
Meine Kragenweite ist er ja auch nicht.
Aber dumm ist er auch nicht.
Und ich vermute stark, er will das Richtige für sein Land tun.
Wir sollten uns sowieso sehr hüten, Menschen mit anderen -auch ungewöhnlichen- Meinungen mal eben pauschal als inkompetent oder unseriös hinzustellen.
Das ist viel zu kurz gesprungen und wirklich unseriös.
Danach kommt oft die Lagerhaft.
Ich frage mich vielmehr , wie Schirinowski auf dies Thema Nordkorea-Vereinigung mit Russland kam.
Wo ist da der Hintergrund?
Warum denken russische Politiker darüber nach?
Kann man mit dem Thema russische Wähler locken?

Die Stadt Déleg liegt in der Provinz Cañar. Sie ist Hauptstadt des Cantons Déleg, der Caton hat ca. 6221 Einwohner (2001). Im Dezember 2012 besuchte eine Delegation aus Nordkorea die Stadt.
Beim dem Treffen ging um traditionelle koreansiche Medizin.

Du hast sicher recht, daß man tolerant und liberal auch über Randmeinungen diskutieren sollte. Zumindest dann, wenn solche Meinungen nicht von vornherein komplett unterirdisch sind- wie z.B. die Restitution des Nationalsozialismus u.ä..
Im Falle Schirinowski trifft leider die Einschränkung zu, denn solche Volksverhetzer und Extrempopulisten wie er sind es nicht wert, mit ihnen zu diskutieren. Schirinowski hat sich in all den Jahren als reiner Extremist und Feind jeder moderaten Politik etabliert und alles, was er von sich gibt, ist entweder zutiefst menschenverachtend oder vollkommen abstrus oder meistens beides. Schlimmer noch als jeder NPD- Apfel, weil gefährlicher und wirklich Angst erzeugend.
Dumm ist er nicht, aber meines Erachtens soziopathisch und größenwahnsinnig bis komplett verrückt. Will er das Beste für Rußland? Umsetzen wird er das Beste sicher nicht. Gott schütze uns vor solchen potentiellen Verbrechern, da gibt es eh schon zu viele östlich von Polen.
Ich weiss nicht, wie sehr man mit dem Thema Nordkorea russische Wähler locken kann. Mit dem Thema "Großrussland" und der Wiedererlangung politischer Bedeutung gelingt dies allerdings schon. Zumindest bei der viel zu zahlreichen Klientel, die ein Schirinowski bedient.
So erlangt man auch mit den abstrusesten Vorschlägen bei manchen Menschen Aufmerksamkeit. Ist ja nicht nur in Rußland so.

Kim Jong Un Sends Replies to Foreign Heads of State
The dear respected Kim Jong Un, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, sent messages to foreign heads of state in reply to their messages sent on the occasion of the first anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.
The addressees include Bashar Al-Assad, Syrian president, Manuel Siriho N'hamadjo, president of Guinea-Bissau, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, president and commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, Joseph Kabila Kabange, president of Democratic Congo, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Ugandan president and Girma Wolde-Giorgis, Ethiopian president.
He in his messages expressed deep thanks to them for their messages.
He expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative ties with those countries would grow stronger and wished them successes in their work.
In the meantime, the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a message to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to express thanks for its message.

Kim Jong Un's New Year Address Supported by Foreign Organizations
Organizations of Nigeria, Democratic Congo, Ethiopia and Russia released statements in support of the New Year Address made by the dear respected Kim Jong Un.
The Nigeria-Korea Friendship Association in a statement on Jan. 7 said the New Year Address gave hope and conviction to the Nigerian people.
It expressed belief that the Korean people would certainly register proud achievements in the struggle for the building of a thriving country, national reunification and global independence in 2013.
The Democratic Congo-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association in a statement on Jan. 8 noted that Kim Jong Un in his first historic New Year Address clarified his steadfast faith and will to bring a reunified thriving country to the Korean people true to the desire and behests of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.
It paid highest tribute to Marshal Kim Jong Un who gave fresh conviction and courage not only to the Korean people but to the world progressives through his New Year Address.
The Ethiopian Youth Study Group of the Juche Idea in a statement on Jan. 10 fully supported the Korean people in their struggle to implement the tasks set forth by Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address, adding: Only victory and glory are always in store for the Korean people.
The Far Eastern Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia in a statement on Jan. 11 noted that in his New Year Address Kim Jong Un said the driving force for the reunification movement is the entire Korean nation, and nothing is impossible if it achieves firm unity.
Whatever trials and difficulties lie in the way of national reunification, the whole Korean nation will build a reunified thriving country without fail on the land of Korea by its concerted efforts, the statement added.

Emir Hopes for Development of Friendly Relations with DPRK
Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- Credentials were presented to Kuwaiti Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah by DPRK Ambassador to his country So Chang Sik on Jan. 15.

Congratulations to New Venezuelan Foreign Minister
Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun on Jan. 18 sent a congratulatory message to Elias Jaua Milano upon his appointment as foreign minister of the People's Power of Venezuela.

"Nordkoreanische Botschaft trickst sich aus Schulden heraus
Andrzej Kompa, Inhaber der Kompa Investment, ist Gläubiger der nordkoreanischen Botschaft in Warschau, und wie es aussieht, bringt ihm das außer Ärger nichts ein. Er sieht sich um eine Million US-Dollar geprellt von der Botschaft und hofft nun , mit medialem Druck doch noch zu Geld zu kommen. Die Wirtschaftszeitung Puls Biznesu hat den Fall aufgenommen, wie er sich aus der Sicht vom Kompa darstellt, weil ihren Angaben zufolge die nordkoreanische Botschaft auf Anfragen nicht reagiert. Danach habe Kompa 2005 den Auftrag erhalten, die Räume der Botschaft neu zu gestalten zum Angebotspreis von 6,3 Millionen Zloty, damals rund 1,5 Millionen Euro. Nach Auftragserfüllung habe die Botschaft nicht gezahlt, stattdessen angeboten, das Obligo ausgleichend zu strecken über erhöhte Mietzahlungen, monatlich 18.000 US-Dollar bis 2015.
Kompa habe – notgedrungen – akzeptiert. Doch nach wenigen Monaten seien die vereinbarten Mietzahlungen ausgeblieben. 2009 habe die Botschaft Zahlungsbereitschaft signalisiert gegen erneute Vorlage der Rechnungen zur Überprüfung. Die in Rechnung gestellten Beträge seien der Botschaft ausnahmslos nicht nachvollziehbar und deshalb nicht berechtigt. Kompa wandte sich an das Außenministerium. Doch das ließ ihn im Regen stehen, denn Polen sei darauf bedacht, diplomatische Präsenz hoch zu halten."
